I would least like to run in to a rhino on horsback
clearly I would most like to run into you, but as that is too obvious I have to say a leprechan dressed like a pimp (good for wishes and hanging in the hood)

Least would have to be Freddy Krueger especially if the alley were on Elm ST. I'd love to run into my guardian angel in the alley because then I'd know that everything would be okay.
