keep pestering them. if they still won't pay, then smash their windows... then do it again and again.. only way to teach them a lesson

If they didn't take a copy of your birth certificate, they can't legally have you working there so maybe thats why they haven't paid you? (Which is still not your fault) If so, you have the upper hand more than before.
In any case, I'd go in the agency, in front of anyone in there and tell them you want paying, if they don't pay you within the week then you'll contact ACAS.
However, you normally have to wait up to 2 weeks before you get paid, dependant on the day you started the job and the day the agency pay people, normally a friday. So make sure you don't jump the gun!

Do you have proof of work like a time card or a contract? Without some sort of proof I don't think you can do anything. If you do, take that to them and let them know you're next stop will be at the lawyers.

contact ACAS - its free legal advice for people in your situation. they will tell you exactly what to do - recruitment agencies know their employment law (i was one) and just mentioning ACAS will scare them
