i read about the gun law in singapore. but i do not know if a taser is included in that law.

I wouldn't F around with Singapore law. They are VERY serious!!!! Find out from law officers in Singapore or write the US embassy there and ask. Don't get caned!!!

I am pretty sure you can't. I went from China to Singapore and I had a pair of nunchuks in my backpack and they found them at customs. They took me to this little room and like interrogated me and asked if I had other weapons or if I was planning on hurting someone. Then they took my nunchuks!
So, while I'm not 100% sure, I wouldn't bet on it. But on the other hand, crime is incredibly low there.
