I know it's bad for pregnant women because their womb gets put in an awkward shape or something.

Yes they are bad. I certainly don't think you should wear them if you are either pregnant or overweight.

However, if you wear a different heel height each day and don't wear them every day then that will help reduce any ill effects. Also, if you work out playing sport or at the gym and have well toned stomach, back, and leg muscles that helps take the strain off your spine and knee joints if you want to wear heels on some days.

If the heels are too high, then yes, they arnt good, but you should wear some heel, becuz its good for your back/spine.

It is bad for you spine, your legs, your posture and everything wlse. It is not a natural way to walk.

yes they are hard on your joints especially walking on tile or lenolium floors it puts pressure on your muscles causing them to tense wich is why at the end f the day your sore it wont damage you for life though
