lots ... to start of comupter is a computing device while phone is for calling another person with a phone. If you are using a phone there is at least 2 people involved. You can use a computer just by yourself.

The terms itself says the difference:
Computer is used for computing to solve some problem where as Phone is used to pass sounds from one end to another end.
Phonic means sound.
Also Phone can be any thing Microphone to record the messages, Telephone to pass messages asynchronously, Gramaphone etc. etc.
