would you think I have a modicum of respect for debate? would you think I am educated, informed and clever. Why do NEO Conservatives do it then?

I applaud you. Did you notice that too? How every single question you have ran across, which happened to belong to a Conservative is negative and hateful? That just goes to show you there character and what they believe is important in this world. Thanks for asking this question!!!

Hmmm, perhaps it is the way you phrase your questions. NEO CONS, IDIOTS, BUSHCO etc. You reap what you sow. It happens on both sides--if you see an insulting question, you're going to get an insulting response.

When questions are so obviously constructed to show people how smart and well-informed you think you are, you invite disdain, not debate.

Humility should be a part of humanism.

Most of your answers are insults, however well you may cover them in eloquence and vocabulary. Being educated, informed, and clever does not make one right, just, or true. Although it certainly helps.

Because when the people can't hear your opponent speak, they only listen to you.

Its a dirty tactic used by dirty people who have no case just blind dogmatic hatred.

Insults are the only ammunition available to those who don't have facts on their side.
