I know this is not new, but I've been very alienated to the Marvel universe in the past years, so I don't have a clue. But I'm still interested in this story.

It was X-Men #25, part of the Fatal Attractions crossover, which took place in

X-Force #25
Uncanny X-Men #304
X-Men #25
Wolverine #75
Excalibur #I forget

That was a long time ago, way back in 1995 maybe? At any rate, Wolverine #75 takes place right after that issue, and it's a pretty good read too. If you want to read a SPOILER, he doesn't get the adamantium back into his claws for years, I think Wolverine issue #135 or so, maybe #145. Something like that.

This story occured back in 1993 and was part of the "Fatal Attractions" crossover. Magneto drains the adamantium in X-Men #75. but also get the story's conclusion in Wolverine #25 to see the aftermath of the fight and what becomes of Logan. It's a great comic. And checkout Uncanny X-Men #304 where the Magneto/Wolverine fight begins after Magneto interrupts an X-Men funeral.

Another great story line that crossed-over into all the X-Men titles was 1995's "Age of Apocalypse". Probably my favorite of all X-Men storylines.

Yes it was part of the Fatal Attractions storyline *one of my personal favorites* It was X-Men #75 and continued through different titles up to Wolverine #25 *confession time...I almost started crying at the end of it. No spoilers..but the end had Jubilee in it. It was very moving*

And yes, Jean did save Logan's life after the adamantium leeching. She literally stopped him from going into the light

P.S. Hi Fire God. Thanks for the 10 points from earlier :D

Nah, not really. Sorry, Darth. I do like some of them, though, but generally, I'm just not a comic book type of guy. Deadpool and the cousins from Bone are my favorites. Probably Bone. Most likely.

I don't exactly remember myself. It was the worst thing to happen to the character of wolverine ever. And it haunted that series for years after that. I think he eventually got it back but still. This was during the years when Marvel was forced into bankruptcy by years of unoriginal story lines and characters, they got really desperate to put in new twists to increase readership. This was followed by the emergence of new comic companies with real talent. Notably Todd Mcfarlane's Image comics.

I haven't read the comic, does Jean Grey save him by draining the stupidity out of Magneto's brain?

I believe it was in the series titled simply "X-men" issue number 25.

It was part of the "Fatal attractions" x-over with many of the then current x-men comics.
