if you dont have true feeling for her is it worth wasting another year when both of you could be having a bit of fun. by ending it you or her might meet someone who you may want to spend the rest of your life with. its not really fair to string her along

She's very concerned about the future. And you are also concerned but not in similar terms as she is. Thanks that you've been honest with her. But she's surely hurt. Hence, even though you'll need to have fun together in the final year, she might look at it as a waste of time, unless she's hoping against hope, which i don't think is the case. So better let her go and invest her love somewhere where she thinks there's a future.

Give yourself a break and let her go, it sounds like you have just become used to having her around, If you can't see any future with her then basically your just prolonging the agony for both of you, as hard as it is to tell her, it will be easier now than waiting for her at the top of the aisle in church in a few years knowing full well your making the biggest mistake of your life, let her down gently and find what you are looking for but after university, good luck.

Relationships are difficult, and I at the ripe old age of 38 have come to the conclusion, that long life relationships are un-natural. I think from when we are young we are taught that we will grow up, fall in love, get married and have babies, and this happens all the time, until that same couple as thousands of others, reach their 30's and think, mmmm, what is love.I love my husband dearly, and I know he loves me, but I wouldn't expect him not to have any other relationships, mentally or sexually or spiritually, as we all crave different needs from others, as no 1 person can give us 100%,but as I said, that's my opinion. If your girlfriend is happy to stay with you this year, then go for it, go with the flow, have fun, enjoy these young years of both of your lifes'...there are too many beautiful people out there for you both to meet......

Dude, you have already hurt her feelings and staying together for a year will be worse than staying forever as she will always keep in mind what you just said and all her talks will be based on that. Move out of this relationship gracefully. It will be better for both of you.

If you can't see a future with her then you shouldn't be with her. You should let the poor girl go and let her find someone else who does she a future with her! i think you'll regret it when she does meet someone special.....only time will tell!

if you dont love her enough to marry her ,then leave her, continue uni, then marry her, theres no rush, if you really are not interested in marrying her , then leave her, its not good lying to her, be honest is the best thing
