Yes the late great Napolean Bonapetite ran for 90 touchdowns in his 30 year career (he started playing at age 10) Although the NFL wasn't yet formed he was recorded to have run a 99 yard touchdown in the new england silly nannies v. Detroit black dudes in 1920. Later he was shot by Detroits running back Tupac.

Eric Crouch of Nebraska Cornhuskers ran a 95 yard TD against Mizzo in 2001. He then went onto win the Heisman Trophy.

I don't think so. I do recall that KC QB Steve Bono ran 76 yrds for a TD against Arizona back in 1995 (I think). I remember it because no one would ever compare Bono to Michael Vick in terms of running ability and yet not a single Cardinal ever entered the picture during his run as if they all just quit on the play.
