You can copy and paste it directly into the e-mail, or you can send it as an attachment. A Word Pad attachment may not distort punctuation the way MS Word does in some apps.

Word docs are saved as XXXXX.doc - when you save the file, put it somewhere that you can find it. Email your friend, and ATTACH, and BROWSE to the spot on your computer with the XXXXX.doc,
and attach it to the email.
OR
Open your WordPad, and SELECT ALL, COPY,
and then in your email, just PASTE in the text and send.
OR,
in wordpad, drag the mouse over all the text that you want to send,
and CTRL C
then in email, press CTRL V and it will paste in the highlighted text.

Two simple options:
1. Ctrl-a (select everything), Ctrl-c (copy) then go to the e-mail and Ctrl-v (paste) the texte in it, right after your Hello! if you want to.
2. Ctrl-s (save the file as text .txt). Go to the e-mail and attach the .txt file. This way it's an attachment, problem is some people avoid attachments since they can contain viruses.

D. All the above :-)
I just copy & paste. Two ways. (1) Top right; Edit > Copy then in the email Right Click > Paste.
(2) Cursor flashing in Wordpad; Ctrl A (Highlights) Ctrl C (Copies) then in email Right Click or Ctrl V (Paste).

Save it in WORD, then click attach in the email and you can select where you browse from such as pics, or word.
