i will say the italian league is getting boring. It isn't what it was during the days of Weah, baggio and co. it used to be one of the tough leagues in the world, but now, i could harly watch the first half of it.

You probably haven't heard of the Estonia or Latvia league.
French football has alot of flair.
I am also curious with Ms Khled's answer, given that she lives in N.America, one would assume that all Europe's primary leagues would be noisy affairs.
