reunion.com had a organizer about four years ago when we used it.

We first started with a database- that front end work was hard, no lies. All the information from old info to new details.

One girl in our class is the "email queen" she is passionate about keeping us posted on recent events every month or as it happens. I have not physically seen this woman in 8 years and she is at this now for 3 solid years.

The first rule of reunion, every one is important and invited, many will try to "cliche" off like old groups in school and ironically they are not as fun as the others whom have live expereinces and can bring more to the table.

Whether you have kids or nor, make serious plans at every event for them, and that is really the best thing....since we are "now" family oriented and even if we want to PARTY, we have respoinsibilities. We had blocked out rooms at a hotela nd they had an adjacent banquet room, so we hired the spouses and utilized the older teens, we had three TV w/ DVD and portalble games, crib and it was open from 6-10 pm only. That's where those school teachers really helped out.

We picked a covered pavillion near a great park with a catered bbq and the group paid $7 plate and only ($5) was food, the rest was chips and juice boxes.

Best wishes.
