Miller, he's always been a great goal line option and now that the Steelers don't have a designated goal line back he should be even more valuable.

Either one is a good start. I prefer Davis though, he is talented and one of the better options for Smith.
Miller is an up and down guy, last week, if he didn't have that one catch for 80+ yards & a TD, he would have had a terrible week. And that catch and run was basically a busted defensive play by Miami.
Davis gets more looks, go with him.
