Morning sickness is different for everyone. Some get it all the way through pregnancy, some get it not at all. Generally it tends to stop around 12/13 weeks but there are no rules so you may just happen to be lucky or may just be having a good day. If the sickness starts up again eat little and often. Hunger can sometimes make the nausea worse.

No 2 pregnancies are the same , if your panicking because your not being sick then don`t , some people don`t even get it , i had it the whole way through with all off mine unfortunately and that is without the word of a lie , i used to pray for it to stop , i had to leave my job at 12 weeks because i couldn`t cope any longer . I`m sure you`re fine and u never know it may come back with a vengeance , i hope not tho

Every woman is different. So don't worry. When I was pregnant, I had morning sickness till I was 3 months pregnant. Then it stopped thank God!! Every couple of months something else happened to me. On the fifth month of pregnancy I could not stop eating. I would eat 3 steaks had to have cherry pie at 3 in the morning. It was crazy, lol!! The last month of pregnancy I was in bed for the whole month. Too heavy to walk anywhere too far, like the bathroom. After I gave birth. I lost all the weight except for 10 Lbs. That remained with me. Besides that everything was fine!!

Be happy that the morning sickness stopped!! I was sick as a dog, morning noon n night for 5 months!!! Just try not to stress too much cuz u'll MAKE something go wrong. If ur worried go c ur doc. Even if it was all just a big worry at least afterwards u'll be able to sleep soundly again. Wait till u start nesting....then u'll have fun (ur bf/hubby might run for the hills lol). Good luck with ur bub n don't hesitate to ask if ur worried about something.... alot of us remember what its like ur first pregnancy n not having a clue what to expect!

morning sickness is different in everyone, some people don't get it at all, and some women are unfortunate to have it all the way through (my sister had it all the way through) my morning sickness which was very severe and put me in hospital just stopped suddenly at around 13 weeks so yes it can just stop. just thank god your one of the lucky ones who hasn't suffered very long. If you have any pain or bleeding see someone straight away! x congrats on the baby !

your obviously worried so phone your midwife thats whats she there for. hopefully if shes any gd she will send someone round to you to have a listen to babys heartbeat. it could be something you ate agreeing with you that stopped the sickness i.e if u had a partically filling and nourishing meal last night. morning sickness is caused by your blood sugar levels getting low. try thinking of like this: usally your body would just digest your food and turn it into energy via blood sugar.but while pregnant your babys needs will be met before your own and he/she will receive everything it needs and you will receive whats leftover,if this is not enough you will get lighthead, nausia, and vommitting.gd luck

Of course. Morning sickness isn't actually "normal." It's usually the result of a dietary deficiency. It typically lasts only a few weeks. Be glad it's over! And be sure you are taking vitamins with folic acid to prevent birth defects like spina bifida. They make vitamins specifically for pregnant women.

yes its normal. It might start back up! when I was pregnant I had it all the time and then for a few days it would go away and then bam it hit me again full force. So its fine as long as everything else is in order!!

Yes, it's normal. I only had it mildly for a few weeks myself with both of my pregnancies. Not everyone gets it and some get it real bad. Consider yourself lucky.
