Buy clear waterproof "bathroom caulk". Any place that sells hardware (even Wal-Mart) sells it. There's an applicator called a "caulk gun" you will need to buy also. Both are inexpensive and easy to use. The caulk will have instructions on how to use it.
Good Luck.

Just from what I have read, I agree with all the answers so far. Seal the walls and floor of the basement. They say it should be Thorosealed and a vapor barrier coating called Drylock. You should also make sure to paint with Miticide to kill any mold and an Inhibitor to prevent re-growth. This might be an inexpensive way to start if you can do it yourself. I'm sure you could find these products in any hardware store. Good Luck!

You can try sealing them with a flexible material like silicon caulk. Remove any loose material before you start and apply to both the inside and outside surfaces.
They also make a hydraulic grout that will expand when it sees water. If you care to try this, you'll probably need to carefully chip out a groove around the window frame and fill with the grout.

all the answers are on the money, if you have large enough cracks to force sealer into them. If they are tiny cracks then you need to seal the outside with a liquid sealer. There are a lot of water based (applied like paint) products, most are colored, so if that is a problem, I would use grout or tile sealer.
