passeger details info are confidential, do u have a friend working in the travel agency, their computer can assess flight details on ticket sales & ticket issue numbers, u may be able to trace it to a particular agent. also airline has seating details & which passenger sit where. u may have 2 make up a story of her borrowing your $2000 pen & forget to return to u. they know where u sit so shd be able to contact her on your behalf. tell qantas that she won't remember the pen coz it look very insignficant. if qantas refuse tell them the truth, it may work better, aussie people have a sense of humour. good luck & peace, man
