Everywhere you look in this culture, you can find a right wing nutball trying to destroy someone else's freedom(s). What is the motive for this? Are they afraid, unoriginal, or just plain stupid?

Live and let live.

According to one of the principles of the Republican Party is less government in the affairs of individuals. But they insist on the posting of Ten Commandments in public places(how many can they name), restrict freedom of citizens by the so called Patriot Act, wasting time by attempting to change the constitution to define marriage and there attempt to impose their family values on citizens.

I'm a conservative, not a Republican. The current administration is out to protect our countrys freedom. What freedoms are you talking about. If you are pro-death instead of pro-life, how about the rights of the unborn babies whose hearts already are beating or seniors who are being put to death because a Doctor has decided the quality of their life isn't good enough. This is already happening in Sweden and liberals want to have it here. Very scary. Also, I was suicidal and attempted it. If there had been laws protecting my right to choose to end my life at that time, I would be dead. My children would be traumatized for life. It was a bad period in my life, (healthwise) and I just wanted it to end. However, I changed my mind shortly after when I got the help I needed from a psychiatrist. If y ou check history, you will see that liberals have taken over the care of our children. If you scold your children in public or administer a small slap on the behind, you can be arrested for chilod abuse./ If you child sneaks out at night and you don't know it, you are considered responsible for his/'her actions. These laws were passed when Democrats were in power. Is that freedom? Why do Democrats always want to pass more laws? How about if we make up our minds instead of being forced? Are you talking about stem cell research? If you research this topic, you will find that the majority of the current embryo stem cells haven't even been purchased yet. You will also find that the research with embryonic stem cells hasn't been successful because these cells are in a state of change. One such experiment resulted in tumors with hair. etc/ The research that has been successful has been with umbilical cord stem cells and the persons own adult stem cells. If you are talking about gay rights, why should anyone have better rights than everyone else because of a sexual act. I can understand race, but not that. Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against these people. They are God's children and the bible tells us to love everyone. I do pray for the sex acts they do because I feel it is harmful to them and the bible states if these acts are practiced that person will not go to heaven without sincere repentence.

You assume it is because of the fact they hate freedom instead of like stability, rule of regulation, high quality and maintenance of life, fairness and equivalent justice. no person hates freedom. To fake in any different case is comparable to pretending that a site visitors easy is an infringement of your freedom tochronic the place you % once you %. the mixture of freedom and prosperity we've interior the U. S. is remarkable everywhere else interior the worldwide. There are freer international locations in depressing poverty and relentless possibility (Somalia), and wealthier international locations of autocratic administration (Singapore). yet no the place in the worldwide is there a regular of residing, a point of freedom, and vigorously secure voters rights equivalent to that of the U. S.. you may stop whining approximately no longer having each thing precisely as you % it. that isn't an attack on your freedom. Be that because it may desire to, you're unfastened to whine. Oh, the irony.

I love freedom. Im a Republican..whats your point?

Lets see the freedoms you must be implying:

The freedom to have my gun conficated by a lib congressman so the criminals have the guns but the reponsible citizens do not

The freedom to kill off my baby as its coming out of the womb.

The freedom to have sex with whoever and whatever I want, whenever I want it.

The freedom to accuse anyone I want with a hate crime so long as the person doing the accusing is a so called minority.

The freedom to ban TV movies because they oppose my viewpoint even if the DO tell the truth.

Yeah gotta love those freedoms

I would assume by the question that you are a Democrat. Therefore I assume that you support social programs and other forms of slavery. The Republicans are currently not trying to disband these programs either, so they're not much better.

However, if you support enslavement in social programs, then you are not really in a position to accuse others of hating freedom. If you believed in freedom, you would allow me the freedom to choose my own retirement plan, instead of enslaving me in Social Security. Only Libertarians truly value freedom, all other parties oppose freedom to some extent.

Excuse me - it is the Republicans who have the courage to fight for freedom, not just for Americans, but for everyone in the world.

And, my family of mostly Republicans, has defended our great nation for now for the 4th generation, starting with my husband's grandfather who fought in WWI.

We sing the National Anthem, stand when the American Flag passes in a parade, and our 5 year old knows all the words to The Pledge of Allegance (which democrats want out of our schools!) as well as God Bless America and You're a Grand Old Flag.

We never miss an opportunity to vote, and we bring our daughter with us so that she learns the power of her vote.

No rational Republicans want to destroy freedom! We want to protect and defend it!!

Maybe you should stop believing your left wing nuts yourself. Al Gore: There is global Warming.
Actually, there is zero proof, so instead Al Gore wants us to shut down major factories because they put pollution into the air, and make us stop driving cars for no reason,
That sounds controlling to me.

No-they cherish freedom--that is why Reps deploy troops--TO PROTECT that very freedom. Now, you may be correct--we won't allow you the freedom to violate our laws, but that is probably a new concept to you.
