How do you get Jirachi in ruby?

the other guy is right. on the gamecube, the game 'pokémon colleseum' has it. not the regular game though. see, if you pre-ordered the game before it came out, you would get a disc that you could download jirachi from, and then you just gotta trade it from colleseum

i've also heard that on fire/leaf there is a ticket that will let you take a rocket ship from pewter city, but that sounds like a lot of nonsense to me

Find it from these sites. I think maybe you need Fire red version by link the Pokemon Fire red version with the Pokemon Collouseum [I am not sure that I spell it correct or not]. Then the game will give you free Jirachi to pokemon Fire red version then you will have to link it to Pokemon Ruby. Maybe but anyway look at these sites first.
