I have no demons. I enjoy what I do in moderation. Regular exercise is just a part of my life. The dog, at least, has to be walked!

Actually I have to agree with "Joni B", NA is helping that IN A VERY BIG WAY!!!!! But THAT, is helping me feel better about myself, which in turn is TOTALLY helping me kick the demons of bad self-esteem, & self-image at bay so I want to exercise now. & actually have started too! : )
