I am from that area only.
There is no direct railway route. If you go by changing trains at Jaipur or other station, The journey will be very long with much much inconvenience.
If possible, go by bus. Nice luxury buses are available. If you are to go as tourist, you can also visit Mount Abu en-route.
If you have to travel by train only, best course will be to change same at Jaipur. Assistance can be taken from following site and travelling schedule can be worked out according to your requirements.

Not a Direct Train, Now the Palace on Wheels travel between Jdp and Udp but it is not a regular passenger train.
If u want to travel to Udaipur to Jodhpur by train only u have to go to Jaipur then change for Jodhpur or U have to go to Chittour then Ajmer then Jodhpur. Better go by a nice but.
