nothing illegal was done by nancy....the suicide victim should be aware that coming out and answering questions in public is not always a pleasant undertaking....she should know that suicide was not the solution to whatever distress she may have felt dur to nancy's interrogation of her

Typical behavior for Nancy Grace.
But actually, this woman was one of the reasons I stopped watching Court TV. This is an abrasive woman, hellbent on being "totally right" on every issue whether she's right or not; plus, I'd already noticed that if any of her guests or co-hosts disagreed with her, she nearly had a cow. Her "behavior" with her now deceased guest is no more than should have been expected. She probably did not have a clue that Nancy was going to grill her like she did.
Anyway, in this case I don't think she was "just doing her job." I think its a personal thing.I understand her fiance was killed some years ago. Then again, Nancy always made it clear that she'd prosecuted over 100 cases in her courtroom career. and had never lost even one. Maybe that has something to do with her outlook on crime and her tactics.. (Except, maybe the reason she won those cases was because all of the Defendants WERE guilty, NOT because she was such a good prosecutor)
But even if it does, is no reason for this woman to be so one-sided, nor to believe it is perfectly all right to take advantage of someone's naivete regarding her courtroom tactics being used on a rather mediocre television show.
Maybe this is a wake-up call for the producers.
Personally I think Nancy Grace is about to fall on her own sword. As she well should.
Oh and yes. True this woman was a guest on Nancy's show, But she had no obligation to answer even one question if she chose not to. Maybe the woman should have cut short the interview. Which one CAN do. Perhaps she wouild still be alive if she had......

If being a disgusting old hag with no better way to prove her self-worth than to torment the mother of a missing child is a crime, then yes, Nancy Grace is guilty and should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law! Perhaps she will learn something about humility and compassion when she has spent some time behind bars. At the very least, this pathetic hypocrite of a moral authority, Nancy Grace, should be booted off the air NOW.

I don't think that Nasty broke any laws in her rude questioning of the boys mother.
She was, as usual, vile and disgusting and I believe that CNN should stand up for something and fire her and let some other network pick up her terrible show.
Nasty should be prosecuted for withholding evidence from defense attorneys in cases she prosecuted and it has been found by the courts that she did these things. At the very least her right to practice law should be taken away from her.
My best case scenario would be Larry King questioning her about the total lies she has told about how her boyfriend was murdered and the criminal and prosecution of that case along with her withholding evidence from other lawyers in the cases she prosecuted.
But none of this would probably do any good. Now, her little groupies.. I call them the jrnasties are calling this Nancy justice and love her even more.
The whole thing disgusts me.

Nancy Grace is a fantastic woman ans she should not be prosecuted for her actions. Melinda Dunkett did not want to answer her questions and Miss Grace just tried to open her up and get the truth. Remember Miss Grace was a lawyer at one time. She knows how far to go to get the truth from people. Melinda Dunkett was just avoiding Miss Grace's questions.

Nancy Grace is a (C-word), who should be sued, if not prosecuted. There used to be a talk-show host named Jenny Jones, who did a bit about secret crushes, and one of them was a same-sex crush. There was a homicide. Inexcusable.

Yeah I heard about that this morning! She was really really harsh and the lady that she was grilling committed suicide right afterwards. She should have used some restraint and tact. This was an emotionally disturbed woman. I say leave the interrogations to the proper authorities!

It would be appropriate if they did prosecute her, but it is doubtful that a grand jury would come back with an indictment, even if a D.A. decided to try prosecuting her.
SHE DOES DESERVE IT THOUGH!!!

Mrs Grace has always been that way to be outspoken and try to get to the truth, that is what she does, but I would have to say NO on this one as far as blaming Grace for this.

No,
She is a journalist and a heartless one at that. People know exactly what they will get when they agree to an interview with her. It's freedom of speech. We can't go around tossing everyone in jail who has an option (even if it is shrewed and harsh and totally wrong).
And for the record I can't stand her...........but I'll fight for her freedoms.
