its an oral medication for acne which my derma prescribed to me. any feedback on it, good or bad effects, plsss...

Yup I've used accutane... 3 times actually. It did wonders for my face but I dried up like a prune. My skin also had a sticky kinda feeling but nothing major.
You HAVE to use stuff on your lips while on this product! I recommend "Lip Medex" because it has medicine and it was the only lip stuff that worked for me.
While on accutane, you are more sensitive to the sun and you must not get pregnant. Studies proved that babies born to mom's on accutane had a high risk for birth defects.
You'll have to go for blood tests once a month ~ just to make sure your cholesterol and your liver is okay.
I never had any problems with it at all ~ aside from my very dry lips.

I have,if you mean roaccutane.
So far only side effects I have is dry lips,nothing serious. My doc told me it could cause severe side effects in pregnant women. Read on the net it could cause depression,not too sure about that tho...
