Most people would be surprised. Its not that I have created a false persona, its just that I find myself needing to be more timid than I'd like. I am a very vocal person, and I don't normally hesitate to say or do what I am thinking or feeling, but thanks to society, I have to be more "normal" in order to maintain a good job and not be "committed'. I have a very dark and sometimes violent side that is best to keep suppressed. Only those very close to me have witnessed me being the most open. Most of us say that people know the real us, but honestly, I don't believe them. Society has formed us into what we think we need to be. We all have things we hide. And why, its because society says its "bad".

OK, enough of my babble....

Not surprised, my life is pretty much an open book. The only thing that I hide sometimes is how I am not always as happy as I act. I am naturally a happy person but sometimes there is a dark side to me that may be a bit surprising to some people. (not all, just some)

Most people are perceptive enough to see who is genuine and who is not. Even people who act fake are really being themselves, the who they are is someone who plays a part, for whatever reason.

I am very straightforward. People would not be at all surprised by me. I am the real me. Only difference is I am very quiet when I first meet someone, then talk a lot after I feel comfortable with them.

They would be very surprised. I'm actually quite shy and don't like to be in big settings. You wouldn't know that by the amount of time I spend on Yahoo Answers answering questions for other people.

Well, the people I meet know the real me. Why would I pretend to be somebody else to get somebody to like me? There are too many people out there to befriend. And honestly, if people don't like me for who I am, then frankly I really don't give a hoot. I will not change myself for the convenience of others, thats not my style.

Depends on if you allow the real you to be seen or if you play a part like an actor

Some would be totally shocked about my outrageous past, others would try convincing me to write a book while others would disassociate themselves. So I remain quiet.
