Absolutely. There is so much homework now that there isn't time to play outside and have fun. Plus kids are learning much younger now the things that we weren't even introduced to until later grades like preschoolers reading. It's not all bad but it shouldn't be at the expense of being a kid.

No, they should work harder in school. Fun is over-rated.
The more fooling around you do as a kid the more work you have to do as an adult. I think learning should be fun - we should be looking at the quality of our teachers and parents should be in partnership w/ the schools to assure their children are in a safe, proper, and engaging learning environment.

no.. for seems like they have time to play with guns alot
