hydrogen peroxide should take it out without bleaching the fabric. Also club soda works sometimes.

Soak or rub washable fabric with cold water until the stain is almost gone, then wash with warm water and a detergent. To old or stubborn stains apply a few drops of ammonia* and wash again with detergent. On nonwashable fabric, sponge the stain with cold or lukewarm water. Sponging with a little hydrogen peroxide* will usually remove any fianl traces of the stain. If not, use a chlorine bleach*, depending on the material. Blood stains that have been set by heat are very difficult if not impossible to remove, but on cottons and linens, a warm solution of trisodium phosphate will usually remove such stains.

Hydrogen Peroxide is the best thing, blot it with paper towels and apply until it is gone. It attacks the protein in the blood. Uses many time to remove from clothes.

Hydrogen Pyroxide. Pour it on and let it fizz up and dab it off. Keep doing this over and over until it stops fizzing. This works on old blood stains also.

Try rubbing alcohol on a rag and blot it up. You may be able to use plain old carpet cleaner, it depends on the kind of fabric.

Hit someone over the head with it, they won't notice and, hopefully, the blood will stick to them.
