it spilled in my garage, i would like to take it off the cement and the tool box and the hitch and whatever else it sprayed on...can i use paint thinner? i am freaked out...please someone help!

I would start with the least amount of chemicals possible. Seriously, I would start with laundry detergent or oxyclean on a wet rag, them maybe something like windex or kitchen countertop cleaner. If this fails, then move on to mineral spirits. Don't try to get it all done really quickly. Soak the areas with paint first and let it sit for a few minutes before wiping it off. Paint thinner would be my last resort.

buy "OOPS" paint remover. it really works. pick it up from your local hardware store.
