What should I charge to pressure clean, etch, prime, and paint a garage floor?

I'm using an epoxy paint kit that includes the can of chips that you sprinkle.

Depending on who you know the size of the job and labor cost I say about 400.50 to 500.00 should cover it

Look around online and see what the normal price for that or ask around town. Definitely make sure you get your money back from the kit and a little more.

If you have to rent a pressure washer and buy materials, depending on the size and how dirty the floor is, maybe $300-$600.
