Trying to come up with a flat agreement for my child (15 yrs), who believes that they are already an adult. I can not find my flat agreement, wondering if others could help me come up with one.

All sorts of stuff; responsibility for damage to the main items in the property, fixtures and fittings (including locks etc), noise regulations, wear and tear, stuff like that.

I will try to help you with this as it can be tricky.
Firstly a child of that age cannot in law sign any legal agreements, they need an adult to co-sign.
The agreement for letting most types of property is called a Shorthold Agreement (no21).
If you go to something like google type in shorthold tenancy agreements and they will all be there, good luck.

I would add to Squirrel's answer that you must make this child take responsibility for his/her own belongings and environment, including cleaning, cooking, tidying, housework etc. If they do believe they are an adult, they must adopt adult responsibilities. Good luck!
