American citizens are to lazy, and won't work, shouldn't the available jobs, be given to illegal immigrants that struggle to cross US borders everyday, willing to work for cash, avoiding taxes for themselves and their employer?

illegal immigrants deserve the amnisty that George W. Bush offers them, shouldn't we make exceptions in our nations laws to reward them for their heroic service to our country?

It is not a fact, it is a myth perpetuated by the pro-illegals.
There are no jobs that Americans won't do. Use your head, it's just common sense!

Reward them for heroic service? You are off your rocker!

Americans don't mind working. Americans don't want to work with illegal immigrants. Collecting garbage is not that bad of a job until you have to do it with garbage. Any contribution they are making is overwhelmed by the burden they are placing on our society and its social services. Immigrants should reward this country for giving them a better life by respecting it and immigrating lawfully. That's not too much to ask.

Why should all millions of them receive amnesty? They are ILLEGAL. They did not respect our laws and came here illegally instead of waiting in line and doing what many others have done. Some have also brought only more crime and gangs continue to grow stronger and bring fear to those who live in certain places like Cali and Texas.
Some even have brought over Islamic extremists through the border . The wall must be built.

Wages, especially in labor, are repressed precisely because of illegal immigrant labor. That's why all the big agribusinesses, construction companies, food processors, wal-marts, etc..., lobby Bush to be lax on illegal immigration. If there was a shortage of cheap and exploitable labor, wages would rise. We are not benefitting in cost, shareholders and executives are benefitting in profits. Don't believe that 3 head of lettuce yarn, believe that the ceo would lose his multi-million salary plus options and his golden parachute.

This is honesty at it's most esteemed.
Fortunately I have been able to work and live in most 'western' countries and a few developing countries. Spending a period of more than two weeks in a place facilitates real understanding of cultures and the dynamics of economy. I wish and pray more Americans could be exposed to the world and then they wouldn't be so insular and bigoted.

It is a fact that this is predominantly an Anglo-American issue. From Slavery to the present day, we refuse to accept the significant contributions made by the 'immigrants' that they so despise.

A friend here pointed out in an answer yesterday, that the absolute majority of Americans, have prospered on the back of us, the significant minority that work hard and are prepared to make our brain bring success to the US rather than some over burgeoning military industrial complex that only brings war and destruction and subsequently hate to America.

Because unfortunately, in the US, lazy slobs are allowed to collect welfare instead of being made to do these jobs. Get rid of welfare and send these people to work.
