There is something called and Indigo Child. Alot of the information is a bit strange, however; the general feeling is that there are children that are born that have an inate ability to know things that are virtually impossible if only their age is taken into consideration. Indigos often recognize each other, child to child or child to adult etc... I myself consider myself to be an Indigo as two of my four children are. Indigos often question things that simply do not make since, and if you take the time to consider you will then be able to see clearly that he has a strong valid point. Life is a process and perhaps this is his second time around and he has memories of past experience that he may not be able to identify as such. Encourage him to feel comfortable with his thought. Be patient and open to his words, he may have a very important message to share with you or the world.

I would feel exhilarated. Children have an untarnished, completely open connetcion to the world and whatever lies beyond. Many children are, or could easily become extremely psychic. Instead of giving your child the message that he is wrong, out of line, weird ect, why not encourage the gift? If you don't know all that much about these things, then get some books on it. Maybe go to a psychic fair and tell your son to talk to whomever he likes. He will be drawn to someone who can help him.

My son is 8 also. He, too, is like an "old soul" in a little body. I feel blessed listening to him pontificate (yes, he does) on everything from a homeless dog wandering down the road to his school lunch. ~Sigh~. I love my little guy!

I keep such a thing to be the reminder of what we grow away from in knowledge and long for but took for granted as a child.
the accuity for "REAL" is in children more than adults because as we grow we are promoted into beliefs that are far from real.
\Stay as childlike as a child and all things are as they are amnd alot easier to see.

Learn from the kid. I learn about life everyday from my children. My son who just started kindergarten told me one day when I was having a really bad day, that I need to go back to kindergarten. It made all my problems seem trivial and we had a great laugh.

the thing is, he is a male and males are born to think they know more than us females, but do they really or do they lead us to think they do,
or another way to look at it, is that you need to get out more.
