Well, if we all jumped OFF a chair at thee same time, I'd have to wonder how 6,544,018,988 people could all FIT on a chair at one time, to begin with.
Laving aside the syntactical errors, however, I imagine the result wold be that we'd all hit the ground at about the same time (assuming all the chairs were of equal height.)

First lets figure out what happens when we jump. Since we give a thrust to earth then according to Newtons 3rd law earth should also get the taste of thgat action. But since earth is huge that displacement is negligible.
So if all the people on earth do that jump then it wont make any difference since earth is round and the reaction will null out.
If people on one side do that it should effect the earth's rotation slightly. Whatever we do our collective mass can not be anywhere near earth's mass.
