My dad looks a porn, and I heard my mom tell one of her friends that if she found out that he looked at porn, she'd divorce him. Should I tell her, or should I keep the family together and not say anything???

Honesty is always the best policy. However, you have to remember that it is your parents relationship not yours. You are the child not the spouce.

Also, I can imagine that you might not want to think about you're mom lying, but women show off and act big for their friends too. I'm not saying that she is, but she might be.

I would say that the best thing to do is just forget it. If she is telling the truth and you tell her it will cause a problem and you could be pulled into the middle. However, if she finds out on her own or your dad tells her then he has a chance to explain and fix things.

You should not put yourself in the middle of their marriage. Bad for you and bad for them. Just be their kid and enjoy that your parents love you each other and are still together.

Its not your business to say anything really! Its his. He has to face up to his own stuff and thats not your situation. Leave matters to them to deal with. You might make matters worse. If anything, just be a stand that they stay together by sharing how you feel if the time comes up to talk about this. Who knows, maybe your mom isnt really serious about divorcing. But if she is, chances are she would be divorcing him for more than just watching porn. Know one gets divorced simply over someone watching porn. There are clearly other matters there in their marriage that would prompt that. Dont stress yourself out so much about this. Just be a stand.

If Daddy is looking at porn, that means that he is at least staying home and looking at porn instead of being out at the strip club or out cheating on Mommy. If you discover that he is cheating with another woman, then YES tell Mom. But for now, don't tell Mom about the porn. Not yet, anyway. If you see Dad looking at porn every night, and you think it may be becoming a bad habit, then yes, tell Mom.

Very touchy question. However if you feel he is not being honest, then perhaps you need to be honest and not cover up for him. He has a problem that could lead to some serious problems that would eventually effect you and your mother.
Also , if you actually know he is doing this. jump his bones about it and ask him why he has to look at porn,.
As long as you know and do not question him about it he will continue.
Remember your father has a problem and needs help.
In a sense he is cheating on your mom and you are aiding him by not speaking up.
He might get mad, but so what, allowing him to continue does not help him or your mother.

well hon how old are you anyway? you need to stop listening in on adult conversation, it's not really your business, and how do you know your dad looks at porn? do you watch it with him? anyhow if you really feel the need to do something talk with your dad, don't tell him what your mom has said, but let him know you think it is wrong and it makes you uncomfortable, like isn't your mom enough for him, ask him if it isn't like cheating. anyhow all the best.

Well, you can talk to your father...to find out if he REALLY looked a porn....and if he did, try tot talk to him and tell him...Resolve this problem only by talking with yur father...Tell hm what importance has the family united....Tell him thata porn gives him pleasure only for a little while, but a family makes you feel complete....God gives us a life to have a family, to love and be loved, to make only good things in life...Of course, people cam make mistakes, but have to repair them....Good luck toalking t your father...Do not tell your mother anything ;)

Keep your mouth shut. Mom will find out anyway. It will better if she finds out on her own. That way, she won't have to deal with the embarrassment of knowing her kids know this. She will be able to deal with your father in her way. She may give your father another chance if that happens. But, if you go and tell her she may feel compelled to go through what was said in haste.
