Considering 4 out of my top five favorite drivers are in the chase, I would say yep I am very happy!

1) Jimmie Johnson...he was the first to lock himself in the chase!

2) Kasey Kahne...he just made it, his first chase, yeah!

3) Kevin Harvick...what can I say I'd love to see someone win both cups in the same year!

4) Denny Hamlin...a rookie, in the chase and definately one to fear!

5) Carl Edwards...better luck next year kiddo!

I'm also glad Mark Martin made it!

Jimmie Johnson and the 40 8 team are the suitable right now. They attempt the main and paintings the toughest of all the communities. If the chase format have been distinctive or thoroughly eradicated the 40 8 team could nevertheless be the suitable. they are the suitable on the final 10 tracks because of the fact those are those that count quantity. Make distinctive races count quantity and that they are going to be the suitable there. positioned a highway course in the chase and watch the 40 8 team attempt 10 circumstances on highway classes next 12 months and win the chase highway course race. The 40 8 team will proceed to dominate till the different communities step as much as their point. it rather is not any longer luck that keeps them out of concern. Chad is a genius and a workaholic. each area of that motor vehicle is appropriate whilst they hit the music. Jimmy is sensible and does not take possibilities or enable his thoughts administration his utilising. The 40 8 team is a nicely oiled gadget, they won't be nicely liked yet they deserve admire for what they have achieved. they are no longer my admired yet they are no longer dishonest and Nascar isn't helping them. they are merely that reliable.

My driver is not doing so well this year. Oh well, maybe next year. I'm happy because Kevin Harvick is in the race too. He is one of my favorites. I'm hoping he will win both the Bush and Cup series! Go #29!!

I am thrilled with the results of the Chase. My driver is # 1, my husband likes Mark Martin and my parent like Dale JR. It will be very interesting racing for our family. I just got into racing a couple of years ago and saw Matt Kenseth at Bristol. He seemed to be a great driver and has such a good attitude and shows a lot of class. (Some of the other drivers need to work on that) The more I know about racing the more I love it. All you men out there that have girlfriends or wives who don't like NASCAR, you need to tell them some things about racing and try to get them interested in it too. My husband and I enjoy watching the races together and love to camp at Bristol for the race. Good luck to everyone on their picks.

Yes, I'm glad the chase is over. I don't think my nerves would hold much longer. I just have to work on getting my nails back now. LOL

My favorite driver is locked in...Dale Earnhardt, Jr. YES !
My second favorite missed by 16 pts. Tony Stewart
I'm glad the other guys locked in made it too...ESPECIALLY...
THE CHEVY DRIVERS !!!
I'll be rooting for the sentimental favorite Mark Martin as well.
(wish he drove a CHEVY)
And most certainly for Smoke's 11th position.

Let's hear it for CHEVY RACING !!

AND............... The "new" questions popping up on Yahoo
Answers. This was a very good example.

I'm quite disappointed that Stewart did not make the chase, but my other favorite driver, Denny Hamlin, is doing quite well, so I'm still ok. I think it is cool that Harvick made it. He's a great racer (as you can see from the Busch results) and he makes the races exciting. I love watching old footage of him, especially that one where he jumped over the car to attack Greg Biffle. Classic!

driver #1.. *sigh* not so well. tony didn't make it this year, but it's okay.. he'll be back next year, and he's got 2 cups on his trophy chest now..

driver #2.. yeaaay for jeff gordon. he needed it after missing out last year, and i thin his years of racing are coming to a close here soon.. so he needs this!!!

i'm pretty happy with the top then for the most part. i would have liked to see tony in there of course, and carl edwards..and maybe even biff.... jr, kahne, are two that i really didn't care if they were in or out.. but harvick, kenseth, martin, burton, and such..yeah, i'm happy they are in.

I would have to say that 60% of the drivers in the chase are on my "good" list. That is drivers that I like to see do good. The others are the ones that I don't care if they firishin th top 40 of a race.
As for who I want to see do well, it's a tie between Mark Martin and Denny Hamlin.

I'm happy because Dale Jr and Kasey Kahne are in this season.

Dale Jr got a lot of flack from the media and from people who disliked him because he missed the Chase last year. They acted as if he was the only one who didn't make it. Well...HE'SSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS BACKKKKKKKKKKK!! Hopefully we'll see him raising up that championship trophy in Homestead-Miami at the end of the season.

And Kasey has been a threat from the get-go!! Kasey came out swinging and hasn't let go since with this season.

First time I've been disappointed in the chase, as the defending champion missed by 16 points. Too many DNF's kept Tony Stewart from making it.

Without him in it, I have to say I believe Kenseth will win it. Matt has been so consistent this season but I will be rooting for Mark Martin as the sentimental favorite and Denny Hamlin as a member of Joe Gibbs Racing
