"Hi Mr Rollins, how much do you think I stand to gain suing my boss for Bullying?"
That'll get you canned I presume.

tell your boss to go blow himself (if male)
if it is a woman, suck her man's tongue in front of her.
if none of the above take a break as soon as you get in, then take a 3 hours lunch and go shopping when you get back brag like hell.
