It's true to say that you don't get tiredness, headaches and fatigue from the electromagnetic Field from your computer, the Earths EM field has a more powerfull effect.

Check your seating position (lumbar support and headrest). Don't slouch, sit up straight and make sure your back is in the 'classic' S Bend position. Take a 2 minute break every hour, make sure there isn't a window in front of or behind your monitor (this will cause eye strain and will lead to your head aches).

Don't waste the money, make sure your environment is as good as it can be and you will be surprised at the results!

There isn't enough EMF from either your monitor or your desktop to bother with. If you're feeling tiredness, fatigue, anxiety... it's more likely you need to get healthy. Try a balanced diet and exercise routine. Are you overweight? Because that is more likely to cause the symptoms than a tiny bit of EM.

You wouldn't be a hypochondriac would you? I've peeked at your other Qs. Maybe you're paranoid. Did you know that fear causes anxiety? Well, it does. Maybe a good therapy program would help you. Try this: http://moodgym.anu.edu.au/

Actually all those symptoms will probably go away with a brisk walk in the fresh air. If you are sitting in front of a computer you need to get up and move around for at least 5 minutes in every hour.

I heard that the best way to counteract EMFs is to have a few spider plants around the pc. Afraid I don't know why this works but it's nice to have a bit of green about anyway and is cheap so worth a try!
