Where is the most convenient place to buy syringes and how much do they cost?

You need a prescription to get syringes ,only through a pharmacy and the cost is $15 dollars for a box of 100.

pharmacies have them, but will only give them to diabetics. they're good at discerning who needs them versus who wants them
