The phones you're talking about are S60 2nd Edition phones.
Phones like N73 have S60 3rd Edition software.
Software written on S60 2nd Edition is NOT COMPATIBLE with the S60 3rd Edition due to some security enhancements hence these games written for S60 2nd Edition WILL NOT work on your N73.
I am pretty sure compatible versions of these games are being released and some of them might already have been released.

YEs you can, n73 is an advanced series and you can download and play any game of any previous seires in a better way.
