Do you have any jewelers in India that can do it?
A picture won't help much, a good jeweler would need the real one to make an exact copy of it.
They would need to know:
1. Metal, what kind? Yellow gold, white gold, silver, platinum, plated...
2. Metal, what purity? 10, 14K, 18K, 22K, or 24K gold, 925 or 875 silver, 900 platinum or 950...
3. What stone(if any)? Diamond, ruby, emerald, sapphire...
4. Size of the stone? Carat, width, depth, crown, base...
5. Any special engravings? How deep, how large or small...
6. Setting of the stone? Bezel, prong, channel, pave...
(To name a few)
You would have to know all the information yourself to give for a replica, in which case you would probably either be a jeweler, or have taken it to one to find out.
Try to find a local one so he/she can have the original pendant to work from.
