Your better of doing sprints. This is a great way to tone and loose weight. Walk briskly to a telegragh pole then bolt as fast as you can to the next one. Do this pattern repeatedly. Its also more stimulating for the mind.

Walking or jogging will not make you have a small butt. Your genes have a lot to do with how you butt will look after exercise. So take a look at your mom, your grand mothers. If either are particularly small well when you lose weight you may have a small butt. But, if it gets small enough to be small well it probably will look quite sexy. audont@yahoo.com

No. My butt is kinda big and I walk everywhere and it has not gotten smaller. It probably has something to do with genetics so if your butt is big it'll stay that way unless you diet and lose weight.

actually, it builds the mussles in your butt! after you take a long walk or jog do you ever feel sore there? really, it will build your butt muscles and it will be bigger, lol. havent you ever noticed runners like always have huge butts!? lol same with dancers too =]

No, it will not make it flatter. Unless you are heavier and by nature have a small/flat butt. It'll tone you, and toning can give your butt a shape.

flat butt is for people who do marathon. normal jog will make ur but smaller but firmer.

You CANNOT lose fat from one specific area of the body! If you try exercises that work the butt muscles you will probably just make it bigger. Try eating less and doing cardiovascular excercise.

Well it will certainly firm the old hinnie up, however now sure it will reduce the hips... To reduce the hips you need to reduce the amont you put between the pearly whites.. "Food"

It will tone your butt and hips, and therefore they won't be flabby or flat.
Try squats with some light weights as well.
