Do you think there is a double standard for guys and girls when it comes to having improper relations with a minor?

Absolutely... If that was a 23 year old male involved with a 14 year old female he would be in jail.. It is disgusting that she is out of jail and free to be at home..Even she believes she should be in jail..what kind of system do we have? She is a sick young lady to say on national TV he wanted it. What 14 year old knows what they want? She belongs in jail and it is a disgrace that she is home right now.

There is a double standard, but in this case, it kind of makes sense. For some reason, girls are wired psychologically different than guys when it comes to sex, so a 14 year old girl will probably end up really screwed up by having sex with a 23 year old and start acting out and only go out with people that are bad for her, but a 14 year old guy will just get an ego for being a stud.

HER LOOKS GOT HER OFF THE JUDGES BEHAVED LIKE THE KID SHOULD BE HAPPY SUCH A GOOD LOOKING WOMAN WANTED TO GIVE HIM SOME.
THE PARENTS SHOULD HAVE PURSUED CHARGES. THEY SHOULD BE CHARGED FOR NOT STANDING UP FOR THEIR KID.
IF ITS WRONG FOR MEN TO DO IT, ITS JUST AS WRONG FOR NICE LOOKING WHITE WOMEN.
