Wisdom comes with age, experience and how you understand/interpret what happens to you,.. it can't be given to you like a sweet.
Go live, experience life, then see if you ask the same question in 45yrs time,... ;o)

Start with an education; include mathematics as this trains the mind to be logical which will be of use throughout your life. Listen to others and ask for qualification of things that you do not understand.
Do not be afraid to crib. Other peoples' ideas, extracts from articles and letters all help to build up your mental database.
Give your opinions when you get the opportunity and learn from the put-downs that you receive.
Look through the Yahoo Q&As, try to filter out the rubbish and research the answers to interesting questions.

Silence is wisdom, knowledge should be your friend. What this means is, shut up and listen. That's how you get wise. That doesn't mean believe everything you hear. But learn how to interpret what you hear and you'll learn how people BS and you'll learn who is smart. Then you'll know who to listen to and learn from. But don't worship anyone but God. And ask for Gods help in deciphering information. Everyone needs a friend. But you can't trust anyone. Therefore rely on God. God is the highest power you can take within yourself. If you don't believe in God, remember he's still always watching whether you believe in him or not. He's just looking at you with eyes that say, "I wonder if they see me yet..." Know that God isn't your imagination and you'll open a whole world of new and interesting knowledge to yourself. Good luck.

Wisdom is both having knowlege and knowing how to use it. My advice would be to learn as much as you can and ponder the best way to use this knowledge.

One man's wisdom is another man's folly. So how do you measure how wise you really are?
