Losing their MONEY, the CONTROL they think they have on others and most of all "they fear most people just don't care enough about them and their money to give them too much importance and end up treating them as a regular Joe"
Try to talk to a rich person as you would to a person asking you for the time in the subway and see how offended they are : "DO you know who you are talking to? DO YOU?"

-Close relationships. With that much money, you never know who really loves you, or who loves your wallet. In this regard, I'm happy that I am poor /normal. I know whoever loves me, loves me for me. Not for my cash.
