With Las Vegas Sands getting a suprise win on Marina, I'm interested to know who you think will win the site and why? My bet is for Kerzner / CapitaLand because one partner has the resort track record, and the other is an established Singapore property company. And second time lucky perhaps?

Not sure government linked will win - look at Sands! maybe dark horse 8th Wonder or Harrahs may surprise everyone! Genting's product is very Ah BEng

I am quite certain that the company joint venture with others must be from the "GIC". They say just "IR", but actual fact is "Casino", Singaporean no longer a child. Having 2 casinos in Singapore, imagine the competition ? Just sit back and see which one close first.
