isn't it possible they set up the attempted US embassy attack to get in our good graces? if so why? and is there a another hidden agenda?

More like baiting the US into some kind of rash action. they are fully aware the US military is stretched like a rubber band and can't respond adequately. 1st Iran set up the Lebanon, and 2 now Syria aims bombs at the embassy. Dangerous world with Bush in charge.
