I have the 30g iPOD video and whenever I charge it, it seems to freeze. I can't get it to turn on right now. Thanks!

Sounds like you have one of the Many faulty Batches of iPod!
If you cant reset it by Holding down the Pause/Play Button-Then Return to Original Outlet where Purchased.Regardless of how old it is Apple are Really Cool about Replacements.Just make sure you back up your iTunes.

If you can reformat it, or try restoring it to it's original state. It has a hard drive in it and may have some bad sectors.
If you bought the extended warranty on it, they will reformat it for you. The 3rd time we reformatted it ourselves, they replaced it.

push enter and menu at same time?? or connect it into your computer to format it.
