Of course not. How could you possibly? You do however have to treat everyone with respect and NEVER get involved in "office gossip". You should always keep your opinions to yourself about personal feelings/thoughts about other members of the staff. When in doubt take the high road of behavior!

I have worked places that I didn't like everyone, and places I have! We just have to put up with people we don't like, and remember, not everyone likes us too!

No , i don't had to of course , but i just keep my relations between them as limited as possible ....
Even if i had no chioce or i hit into them in a party or something , i just say ... Hy what's up , keep up the good work ....
That's my way of dealing with people i don't like ....

NO! I certainly dont! Thats like saying do you have to get on with everyone you meet, and thats a physical impossibilty!

I havent made my mind up yet... I've only been there a month. I adored everyone at my last job, shame i had to leave :(

You don't have to like them but you have to be polite and civil to them while at work. You don't have to go out of your way to talk to them, a simple 'morning' would suffice.

i think that is humanly impossible. but an effort to get along without conflicts would make everyone's life easier

No, absolutely not. But that doesn't mean you should treat them badly, either. You're not there to make friends, you're being paid to do a job.
