I live in Montreal and my cousin was in the school when it happened... luckly she got out but she saw Mr.Gill before he entered the building.

apparently he's got a blog or something on vampirefreaks.com
I've never heard of it and didn't check it out. Yahoo!canada news has some info there. Probably pretty much the same as what everyone else knows so far.
