I am an adult, a very old adult, yet I am seriously thinking of buying the Disney channel original movie "Twitches." A movie meant for teens and subteens.
I should be too old for enjoying this movie, but I want to see it anyway.
Are there any other adults like me out there??? If so, why do we enjoy stuff made for the younger set?

I can't say that I really like a whole lot of movies geared towards teens, but I do like alot of tv shows meant for teens such as Zoey 101 and Drake and Josh, things like that. I also love Ashlee Simpson and Avril Lavigne's music and I am 27 years old. I realize that is not old, but old enough that I really should not enjoy this type of stuff, but I do, as for why we enjoy this stuff, I'm really not sure why, maybe it makes us feel younger, maybe it just happens to fit our personality.

I am a middle aged adult and I LOVED that movie. It's fun to watch teen type movies...keeps you young!!

We all enjoy movies made for younger people, because we all have BEEN younger people! That's why movies about high school are so popular, because everyone has been to high school. Plus, life as a younger person is frequently rememebered as less stressful (at least bill wise, and feeling like you'll live forever) and everyone likes to escape to simpler times.

I'm 20 and I love the movie High School Musical and both Cheetah Girls. I think a lot of adults like us enjoy it so much is that it doesn't have the drama, sex, violence, and language that other movies have today.

I don't really like the movies, but I love me some Spongebob, and Teen Titans, and Fairly Odd Parents, and Danny Phantom, even Pengo which if for really little kids. (I'm 31)

I have a fourteen year old and I enjoy spending time with her. One of our favorite things is going to the "teen" movies. I have enjoyed many of the newer releases. Like Friday the 13th, Herbie, and 13 going on 30. Those are just to name a few.

I love Movies!!!!!!! Animated, teen movies, children, animal movies, etc....THE CLASSICS....Clark Gable
I will even watch my hubby's macho, blood, guts and gore movies, (I just close my eyes during the really bad parts) Happy Movie watching....
By the way, I am pushing 50....

lol, yeah i like watching those movies! they're so wholesome, it makes me feel better when i'm in a bad mood. its like reading a fluff novel- easy on the brain. :)
