Family Ties. I know it got kind of goofy in the end, but the rest of the series was great. I liked how that family interacted. You don't see good wholesome shows like that anymore.

I got a number of them in mind: Time Tunnel, ( it's about time, it's about space it's about the human race) Bonanza (the Cartwrights), I dream of Jeannie ( the female that comes out of the Genie bottle). Bewitched, The Beverly Hillbillies, Touch By An Angel, On The Way Home, Too Close For Comfort, Three's A Crowd (Jack Tripper.. the cook that pretended to be gay so that the Landlord would let him be with the females. There was Mr. Ferly and Mr Roper.. one supposedly sold apt building to one to the other!, There's more:
One Step Beyond, The Twilight Zone, The Alfred Hitcock story... I could go on: Superman Original, Mickey's Beginnings (originals) Mickey's secred identity was Mighty Mouse! there's more I could go on and on. The stuff on TV nowadays just don't measure up!

I don't know if you could call it a classic but compared to what are passing as classics in the US nowadays I'd say Dark Angel.
James Cameron's series where Jessica Alba actually hit off.
I wish they'd bring it back.
Someday I'd probably look back and tell you better about the soon-to-be-cancelled Alias.

The Carol Burnett Show. The episode where Tim Conway is a dentist, and Harvey Korman is the patient. Tim keeps sticking himself with the Novocaine needle while reading up on how to do dental work.

Space 1999. Really a classic though it will be pathetic in todays standard.
Planet of the Apes, I used to watch it when I was young and I really love it.
