Try to not use any foundation ot at least none of the "long lasting" variety. Apply a nourishing moisturizer all over and re-apply periodically. Don't forget the eye area....it's the most delicate skin on your face! Drink lots of water.......avoid alcohol & caffeine. Exercise your face muscles too.....open your mouth wide for a few seconds and then close.......same with your eyes; this keeps the blood circulation flowing. Don't neglect the rest of your body either....stretch you legs & arms....."shake out" your hands and do head & shoulder rolls. The idea is to keep the blood flowing and encourage the flow of oxygen to the extremities. DVT (deep vein thrombosis) can occur on long flights so wear loose fitting & comfortable clothig.....shoes too.
Currently, lotions, etc are banned from carry on luggage...see if you can find sample-sized foil-packets of your favorite moisturizer. Bon voyage!

I take bathe popular, attempt to maintain away from extraordinarily spiced nutrition and cleanse my pores and skin acceptable each and every time I come again abode from outdoors.

Make sure to stay hydrated while on your flight. Unfortunately you won't be able to take any lotion or moisturizer with you, since those are now banned substances.

Geez, you must be beyond "high-maintenance" if you can't apply lotion to your body BEFORE the flight, then be able to ENDURE 14 hrs of hell before screaming to the closest salon for a body wrap.
Lotion up before you go, then at the airport of your destination, I'm sure there's a shop which will sell you some over-priced lotion so your poor body can re-hydrate.

Drink as much water as you can while in flight. It's tough now, since they don't allow you to take any lotions, etc. on with you.
